Restaurant Apuleius has been a reference point for Rome in Private Dinning, for more than 50 years. This because its ambience, service and quality of cuisine are unique. The space of the restaurant has just been refurbished, although we kept its typical character of a "Roman Temple", with original columns and walls from 2000 years ago. We propose an innovative cuisine based on old and lost flavours. Large and rare wine selection. In the main hall a wall of "Diana Temple " has been preserved for more than 2000 years. Athmosphere is comfortable and warm, the three halls allow to realize elegant meetings.
